I Propose A Television Rule.

being in the boondocks of boone, especially in the winter when it snows, there's not much to do. That's when I noticed something about my television experience.
Now, it should be noted that this rule has failed a couple times, so it isn't infallible, but it's proven true more often.
When there's nothing on TV, there will always be Spongebob.
Practically everytime I've been bored and find myself channel surfing there will be nothing on except Spongbob squarepants.
